It is funny how words can have so many different meanings
HI ~ used as an exclamation of greeting
This word use to mean hello, a smile, a friendly face, happiness and now all it brings is a speeding heart and a whole lot of questions and self doubt.
For Cara HI was just a simple greeting and now HI means screaming, fitting, crying and just an all around crappy feeling.
Boy do I HATE this new definition of the word HI
HI~an informal, simplified spelling of HIGH

I agree. Shouting "Mom I'm high" out in a very public place also has a much different meaning to the strangers around us!
Oh I hate it too!!!! Poor Cara and poor mom! Oh...the things that have changed in our world!
HI!!!!
Just kidding...I hear ya...I HATE HI!!!!!
I think LO is worse :(
Ya know... come to think of it, I don't think I say "HI" as in hello anymore??? HMMM???
We have been very lucky Wendy her meter has not read LO yet...does the meter really read LO???
Know what you mean. Jason tells me we get weird looks when we discuss if she is HI or not in public! Whatever! No, it's not fun. And neither is LO.
I'd rather say, "hey" anyway.
We are very lucky to have never have seen the words HI or LO yet. I'm planning on keeping it that way.
HI means OH CRAP!
Yes, the meter can read LO. For us that means 20 mg or lower. Haven't seen the LO and don't want to....but HAVE seen the HI more times than wanted!
