Take Away The D and Add A GREAT Big B

So what kind of post do you get when you take away D for the day...

YOU GET A B- KINDA DAY...that's right you get a B-day!!

On October 7th nine years ago my son Connor was born.

Nine year ago today the little family that we were (myself, my husband and Kailyn) were all getting ready to head out for the day to celebrate Thanksgiving with our extended family...

Side note: Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving in October, I personally prefer it!!
The craziness of summer has just ended and winter is slowly moving in, its just about that time thoughts and questions about what the rest of your family have been up to start creep into your head and...BOOM it's time for Thanksgiving. After which you need a little vaca...a little time to yourself and away from all that family LOVE. November passes without a thought, but wait what is that I hear, it's December and that's the most familyest time of year :) IT JUST WORKS NICELY!!

Now that we have that cleared up...back to B-Day. We are all getting ready and I stop dead in my tracks, I turn to my husband and say "We are not going to be able to make Thanksgiving with your family today" or something like that, it was 9 YEARS AGO for goodness sakes!
"What, Why not"? Hubby Say's,
"Well" I say, "I'm going to have this baby today"!!
"What??!?! are you sure? how do you know" (you may have been thinking this same exact thing while reading my little memory flashback)

"I JUST KNOW" I said...AND I WAS RIGHT!!

HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY, to the funniest, sweetest, sometimes whiniest, give it all you got even if you don't got it, star wars loving, Pokemon crazy, nose in everyone's business but only because he cares, littlest-big man.
