as a mother we learn it is not right to have favorites. We believe that everyone is special in their own little way.
But I must confess after watching this adorable post of Tink from Candy Hearts it confirmed it...
I DO HAVE FAVORITES
When it comes time for a blood sugar check The Pinkies and the Index Fingers are my favorites!!
I love the pinkies because no matter what they bleed. They are the most reliable of the fingers and always give a perfect amount of blood.
As for the index fingers they are my "go to" fingers, I don't know what it is about those tips but they have my heart :)
and I hate the thumbs,
I don't know why? but I have to force myself to use them every once and a while just to give my favorites a little break.

Pinkies bleed the best and get lots of pokes around here too. I tend to grab the middle finger, why, I don't know. LOL.
And that darn index finger gets lots of pokes too.
We rarely poke the ring finger, not sure why. And that thumb barely gets moved into rotation.
Elise doesn't care which finger we use, but she seems to favour her pinkie. We also use her toes, but are not aloowed to touch the "daddy" toe (big toe).
Sweets perfers the index or the middle... I have to press to let the others have a turn! :)
I like the pinkie and ring. J likes his thumbs. No clue why lol
I am totally cool with the thumb and Joe is all about the pinkie!

This is hilarious! My pinkies are my go-to finger in a pinch. But for some reason I favour my ring fingers. No reason really, that's why this topic is funny. Thumbs? gotta say I've NEVER used thumbs.
Isaac told us that the pinkie is off limits, he says "Pinky cries OUCH when you poke." So, I usually use the middle finger as a little side note to how I feel about d - giving it the bird whenever possible :)
Scully, you've never used a thumb? REALLY??? That's, like, one of our best buds over here! Love the pinkies...but so much so that I'd use them every time so I force myself to go to the middle or ring first. If that fails, PINKY always saves the day :)
I notice Sugar shooting straight for the index when she's rockin' it solo.
